We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Live Stream Manager to join our innovative creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be the central architect behind the seamless execution and engaging atmosphere of our live iGaming broadcasts. You will be directly responsible for coaching and managing our live hosts, optimizing broadcast quality, and ensuring every show delivers a premium, entertaining experience for our global audience.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of live iGaming entertainment from our state-of-the-art studios in Dubai

Position:
Live Stream Manager.

  • Live Stream Moderation:
     Guide the broadcast atmosphere and pacing, utilizing backend tools to discreetly prompt hosts on their presentation, flow, and talent displays.
  • Crisis Management:
     Rapidly address and mitigate live stream disruptions, including  negative audience feedback, and host performance fluctuations to ensure a seamless viewer experience.
  • Content Planning:
     Develop engaging daily live stream scripts, outlining core interaction points and structured activities to maximize audience engagement.
  • Internal Coordination:
     Serve as the central communication hub during live productions, collaborating effectively with hosts and technical teams to optimize overall stream quality.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in live stream moderation, production, or a related field. Experience in entertainment, talent shows, or interactive e-commerce is highly advantageous.
  • Strong team collaboration skills with a proven ability to work efficiently with hosts and cross-functional team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret live stream data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this position
