In Europe and Asia, the brand is already well recognized and established. In LATAM, however, the opportunity is different: it's a challenge for ambitious professionals who are eager to build, expand, and establish the brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:-
Market Entry & Growth: Define and execute a clear go-to-market strategy for LATAM, building the foundation for sustainable growth.

Channel Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors, agents, and retail partners across the region. Build a robust distribution network from scratch.

Business Planning: Develop tactical and strategic plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and profitable growth in the baby products segment.

Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Customer & Partner Engagement: Build lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and trade partners. Provide training and support to ensure successful product adoption.

Brand Building: Represent the brand at trade fairs, consumer shows, and industry events to establish credibility and visibility in LATAM.

Collaboration: Work closely with international colleagues in sales, marketing, logistics, and product development to adapt global strategies for local success.

Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage agreements that create long-term value for both the company and regional partners.

Reporting: Deliver regular updates on sales pipeline, customer activity, and market opportunities to senior leadership.
Experience Required:
-
Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in sales, distribution, or business development, ideally in baby products, juvenile goods, or FMCG.

Proven sales and distribution experience in one or more LATAM countries.

Fluent in Spanish, with advanced English; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Strong negotiation and account management skills with regional distributors and retailers.

Experience in market development, channel expansion, and brand building in new territories.

Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, resourceful, and resilient in building a new market presence.

Flexible, mobile, and open to travel within the region.

Valid driving license.
