Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Order Management Analyst, based in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Order Management Analyst will manage and process customer orders, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and monitor supply chain processes. The role includes creating and managing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve order-related issues. Clear communication with clients and internal teams is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Order Management and Order Processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Strong Analytical Skills to monitor and improve supply chain and order workflows
  • Proficient in managing and streamlining Purchase Orders
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for order and supply chain management
  • Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
