Job Purpose

Develop highly complex cost estimates, performing a critical analysis of the relevant documentation, in order to prepare the cost forecast and ensure that the deadlines and the interests of the client and the company are observed.

Job Description
  • Develop highly complex cost estimates, performing a critical analysis of the relevant documentation, in order to prepare the cost forecast and ensure that the deadlines and the interests of the client and the company are observed.
  • Carry out together with the Management the critical analysis of the draft contract, evaluating, verifying and giving suggestions regarding the technical, financial and risk part of the project, aiming at its feasibility and implementation;
  • Maintain the interface with other sectors of Engineering, supply area, suppliers and other areas, participating in meetings, requesting technical information of materials and equipment, and price quotations respectively, in order to prepare the cost estimate spreadsheet;
  • Prepare cash flow and business risk studies, developing spreadsheets of cost estimates, technical data (engineering), statistical data (database), financial data (price quotes), legal data (taxes and levies) and other items relevant to the investment, aiming to provide subsidies for Management/Board of Directors in decision making;
  • Control the revenues of services and prototypes of RD&I projects as well as issue sales orders in the ERP system

You are meant for this job if:
  •  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Administration / Economics / Engineering
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with SAP and cost and project control
