Working with Account or Channel Management, owns development and execution of technology strategy. Designs solutions that meet customer needs and beat competition. Develops strong relationships with sales team, internal engineering, and key technical customer contacts and leverages to Zebra's advantage; creates and delivers high impact solution presentations. Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred. Higher level technical skills than typical sales criteria. Develops and executes technology strategies with minimal input from manager for a higher level of financial responsibility; promotes solutions encompassing a wide range of products or services and technologies; As required, leverages relationships with other business units and/or external partners to deliver solution; Develops strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers; Leads technical presentations on Zebra products and services and the use these technologies in the customer business environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree-
- English -(mandatory).
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Uses advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage
- Develops and adapts advanced sales strategies to unique customer needs; creates customer partnerships
- Often leads others in their development; provides input to policies and practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical and Product Skills:- Strong knowledge of the company's product and solution portfolio
- Ability to conduct technical demos and proof of concepts (PoCs)
- Understanding of solution architecture and technical design
- Proficiency with CRM systems and channel management tools
- Experience building and managing relationships with partners and distributors
- Understanding of channel structures (distributors, resellers, integrators)
- Ability to influence technical buying decisions through the channel
- Support in demand generation and joint go-to-market strategies with partners
- Effective communication with both technical and sales teams
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with clients and channel partners
- Strategic planning and collaboration with channel partners
- Ability to train and support partner sales teams
