- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible to build parts of Google Search's data infrastructure, and be the technical lead for a team of engineers.
- Work with executive leaders to define and evolve the charter of the area with a balanced portfolio of foundational investments, exploratory bets and run the business priorities.
- Design and implement robust data processing technical (AI-first) solutions at Google scale.
- Work in a high paced environment with multiple partner stakeholders, navigate and streamline ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Help develop team and technical leaders and ensure career growth within the team. Mentor and coach team and ensure excellence, collaboration, customer centricity, and psychological safety are built into the team's culture.
