We are looking for an
experienced Engineering Manager
to join our team on projects with a major OEM, leading software development for next-generation automotive systems. In this role, you will manage and mentor engineering teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure delivery of high-quality embedded and connected software aligned with global standards and OEM requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across multiple automotive projects
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of embedded and cloud-based software solutions
- Collaborate with global teams (Europe, India, US) to align technical strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE and ISO 26262
- Manage reporting, stakeholder communication, and performance of engineering teams
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ in management
- Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams
- Knowledge of automotive development standards and SDV programs
- Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is an advantage
