We are looking for an experienced
Engineering Manager
, leading the development of next-generation
automotive mobile applications
. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure the delivery of high-quality apps that integrate seamlessly with connected vehicle systems. You will play a key role in building the future generation of mobile solutions that will revolutionize the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers in the design and development of automotive applications
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative mobile solutions aligned with product roadmaps
  • Foster engineering best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, backend, embedded systems) to deliver integrated experiences
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in team leadership or management
  • Proven track record delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) at scale
  • Familiarity with modern mobile frameworks, cloud integration, and CI/CD practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; experience in multicultural/global teams is an advantage
