We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Manager to provide customer support by acting as a bridge between clients and technical teams. This role focuses on incident management, escalation support, and case documentation, while supervising Technical Support activities during Webex meetings and monitoring scheduled maintenance windows.

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer incidents and escalations
  • Provide customer support and ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams
  • Manage and document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions
  • Supervise Technical Support team activities during Webex meetings
  • Monitor maintenance windows and support incident-related activities
  • Ensure clear, professional, and consistent communication with stakeholders

Must-Have Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Customer support or call center experience
  • Knowledge or experience in technical or networking environments
  • Technical support and documentation experience
