Team Overview:

DriverLAB is 99's innovation hub, created to design and implement solutions that improve drivers' well-being and increase their earnings. Initiatives include 99Classificados (vehicles sales platform), 99Abastece (fuel discount program) and the Alliance for Sustainable Mobility to accelerate EV adoption. This vertical aims to scale these initiatives at pace, driving accelerated growth and profitability for the company while creating lasting impact for drivers and urban mobility.

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for this vertical, shaping its positioning and building impactful strategy & campaigns that connect business goals, drivers' needs, and brand purpose.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing DriverLAB's short-, mid- and long-term marketing strategy & plans, aligned with company objectives, innovation vision, and profitability goals.
  • Leading campaigns for initiatives like 99Abastece, and new products pipeline.
  • Driving city launch marketing plans, ensuring localized strategies for growth looking for penetration, engagement and conversion of the leads
  • Designing and managing CRM and owned-channel communication flows, strengthening penetration of the initiatives, engagement and retention of drivers.
  • Planning and executing events, roadshows, and conventions for the sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Partnering with agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative and impactful activations.
  • Managing budget and KPIs, ensuring efficiency, ROI, and measurable impact on brand and business goals.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals, building capabilities, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Role Qualifications:

  • 7+ years or more of experience in marketing, ideally in retail, automobile or service industries.
  • Experience in offline campaigns, city launches, CRM/owned channels, PDV activations, trade marketing and event management.
  • Experience working closely with sales/commercial stakeholders, with shared accountability for conversion and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong balance between strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passion for mobility, innovation, and driving positive impact for society.
  • Fluency in English
