We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Operations Manager
to join our client's multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between market intelligence and business execution, ensuring commercial success. If you have a proven track record in sales operations management and a strategic mindset for the renewable energy sector, this is an excellent opportunity to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence:
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights that support and refine sales strategies. - Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, deeply understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure seamless interdepartmental cooperation and customer satisfaction. - Performance Oversight:
Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, implementing improvement measures to ensure the team consistently hits sales targets. - Adaptive Planning:
Track industry dynamics and adjust sales tactics in real-time to adapt to the evolving market landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in
Sales Operations Management. - Exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collect competitive intelligence and translate complex data into concrete sales strategies and action plans.
- Sharp insight into business opportunities and the ability to understand client pain points to offer effective solutions.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese is ideal.
