Senior Business Analytics Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our analytics team. This role will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that support data-informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with data systems, visualizing information, and collaborating across business functions.
Responsibilities:
Analyse business performance through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc data queries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, and build and maintain dashboards and visualizations
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
Develop models and forecasts to support decision-making.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
We prefer you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role.
Proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualization tools.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
