Payoneer is looking for a highly talented SDR Team Lead, LATAM to join our fast-growing global Fintech organization.
Based in São Paulo, Brazil or Buenos Aires, Argentina, this full-time hybrid role reports to the LATAM Sales Leadership (Business Development/Sales).
As SDR Team Lead, you will build and lead a high-performing SDR team across Latin America to create qualified pipeline for our Business Development Managers. This role blends people leadership, performance management, and process excellence. You'll hire, onboard, and coach SDRs, optimize prospecting processes, and partner cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, insight-driven pipeline. Your team will tailor outreach to Payoneer's use cases across cross-border payments, workforce payouts, FX management, capital solutions, and cards — anchored in regional context and compliance.
What you'll do:
Lead a team of 5–7 outbound SDRs covering key LATAM markets (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina) and oversee 10–15 outsourced SDRs managing inbound leads.
Hire, onboard, and ramp SDRs; set clear expectations, competencies, and career paths.
Build a performance-driven culture with transparent goals, scorecards, and recognition programs.
Run structured coaching programs, including weekly 1:1s, call reviews, and role plays to strengthen discovery and objection handling skills.
Own team targets for qualified meetings, SALs/SQOs, and sourced pipeline, ensuring consistent attainment.
Maintain pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy with data-driven insights and stage discipline.
Define and operationalize outbound playbooks by industry, geography, and use case.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on lead scoring, routing, and follow-up SLAs for speed-to-lead excellence.
Drive experimentation through A/B testing of sequences, messaging, and channels; scale best practices across the team.
Ensure full adoption of the tech stack (Salesloft/Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall) and uphold CRM data integrity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Operations to refine GTM plays and optimize pipeline conversion.
Guarantee that prospecting practices adhere to LATAM financial-services compliance standards, including data privacy and KYC/AML awareness.
Who you are:
6+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, including at least 2+ years leading SDR teams or pods.
Proven success building and scaling outbound pipeline generation in fintech, SaaS, or B2B financial services.
Strong people leadership skills — coaching, performance management, and team development.
Deep knowledge of outbound process design, SLAs, and data-driven sales operations.
Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with experience creating dashboards and diagnosing funnel performance.
Familiarity with LATAM market dynamics and financial services landscape.
Excellent communication skills in English and either Spanish or Portuguese (depending on location).
Hands-on expertise with core tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall.
