Principais ResponsabilidadesLiason: this professional acts like a bridge among business and IT areas, translating business and product needs and requirements into a Product Roadmap and further Project Documentations;
Evaluates business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions;
Highly professional communication abilities are a must, combined with skilled navigation among different areas and levels of the company; to advocate and deliver business needs to IT and Web Development areas, showing high efficient behavior while working alongside companies executives, managers, peers, and staff.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
Developing and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization
Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes
Using and developing data collection processes
Reviewing and validating data
Skills
Experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments.
Holds knowledge in Project Management tools, documents, and standards
Accountability: Assumes additional responsibility without being asked.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Qualifications
College Degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
5+ years of work experience with Business Analysis or similar roles.
Experience in Business Information (BI) and Data Mining is a plus and a differential
Fluency or Proficiency in English is required.
