About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Senior HR Analyst (Departamento Pessoal)
to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations while serving as a trusted point of support for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and input monthly payroll changes (salaries, charges, and benefits).
  • Oversee operational processes related to employee hiring, terminations, and vacation administration.
  • Monitor and support the
    Point System
    (attendance and time tracking).
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation for employee updates.
  • Support employees with payroll, benefits, and labor rights inquiries.
  • Administer and implement employee benefits, including
    iFood
    and
    Transportation Vouchers
    .
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data within the
    Factorial
    HR system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in
    Departamento Pessoal
    and payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and employee benefits.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (experience with
    Factorial
    is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
