Junior Associate Counsel

As part of the legal team at Zoho, the Junior Associate Counsel works to ensure compliance, manage risks, or support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and drafting agreements related to sales, marketing, events, vendor contracts, and purchase terms.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, employment regulations, and tech industry standards.
- Handling data privacy matters, property purchases, and contract drafting.
- Supporting policy development through legal research.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) – optional
Knowledge in
- Compliance and LGPD (General Data Protection Law – Brazil)
- Negotiation and international contracts
- Legal and regulatory risk management
- Employment law and labor negotiations
Skills & competencies:
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- Ability to understand and apply concepts and regulations to a particular context;
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
