We're looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple system implementation projects, with a particular focus on Salesforce migration. You will be responsible for managing complex, transitions from legacy systems to modern platforms, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful outcomes for high-profile clients. This role is instrumental in driving business transformation through effective system delivery, data integrity, and strong stakeholder & senior leader engagement

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of concurrent system implementation projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems into Salesforce, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and minimal disruption to operations.
- Engage and manage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including cross-regional teams (particularly in Europe) and key clients.
- Define project requirements in collaboration with technical and business teams and translate them into actionable plans.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies through structured governance.
- Deliver regular progress updates and reporting to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contractual deliverables where applicable.
- Support change management initiatives, ensuring effective user adoption and post-implementation handover.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong background in system integration and data migration from legacy platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and stakeholders across global regions, including Europe.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Experience in enterprise system transformation or technology consulting is highly regarded.
