We're looking for a Chief of Staff / Business Manager to:

• serve as primary aide to the respective business and coordinate the supporting streams, i.e., manage the interfaces to HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling
• provide business-related services and support to a stream
• support the stream leadership in the hiring process and workforce transformation, to efficiently manage the product portfolio and evaluate and mitigates risks
• perform financial tracking towards financial targets and report to the respective stream members
• support the stream leadership in developing, coordinating, and evaluating a business strategy and business plan for their area of responsibility
• review vendors e.g., via selecting appropriate vendors, negotiating contracts, controlling costs, reducing vendor related risks, and ensuring service delivery

Your team
You'll be working in the Chief Business Officer team, based out of Sao Paolo at Ave Faria Lima in Brazil.

We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the WMA streams perform effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities.

We work hybrid model.

Your expertise

• 10+ years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise;
• a university degree or equivalent with a financial or technical background or equivalent certification
• very organized and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously across functions, businesses, and time zones;
• excellent communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
• always looking to remove barriers and make the way we work more efficient
• natural risk manager with a strategic mind-set
• strong problem-solving skills (being able to adapt and find innovative solutions to challenges)
• a proactive and independent work style, good organizational and time-management skills
• available for traveling abroad sporadically
• fluent in Portuguese and English
