You'll Do:Revolutionize Esports InitiativesLead global esports campaigns that position Infinix as a leader in the gaming world. Collaborate with key players like game publishers to secure impactful partnerships.

Develop and execute strategies that inspire gamers globally—content, production, messaging, and more. Create Engaging Marketing ContentDesign creative campaigns that integrate Infinix products into the gaming narrative. Build a thriving gaming community with initiatives like UGC campaigns, awards programs, and interactive events.

Cement Infinix as an essential brand pillar in esports and gaming culture. Elevate the Infinix X-CLUB CommunityTransform X-CLUB into a vibrant hub for esports enthusiasts by boosting user engagement and retention. Curate fresh, interactive content and launch campaigns to drive traffic and community growth.

Develop programs that encourage players to create, share, and connect. What You Bring to the Table:Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.5+ years of experience in esports, gaming, or related industries, with a proven record of success.

Deep knowledge of global esports trends (MOBA, FPS, mobile gaming). Exceptional project management and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. A genuine passion for gaming and esports, with a strong understanding of gaming communities.
