Let's start with the role
We are seeking a
Marketing Manager
with a strategic mindset and strong results orientation to lead branding, media, and user journey initiatives at Betano.
This role is pivotal in building and strengthening the Betano's brand in Brazil. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact campaigns (TVC, OOH, digital), evaluating sponsorships and managing special projects, and developing data-driven integrated media strategies.
The Marketing Manager will ensure that marketing investments directly drive business outcomes, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion.You will also lead a multidisciplinary team in a highly competitive and regulated environment, requiring speed, resilience, and sharp decision-making.
What you will bring
- 7–10 years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Solid expertise in branding, 360° campaigns, TVC, OOH, and digital media.
- Experience with user journey, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Proven background in sponsorship evaluation and management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership experience with large budgets and teams.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with local and global stakeholders.
- Monitor dashboards for media, branding, and business KPIs.
- Drive real-time campaign optimizations.
- Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team.
- Approve creative assets, media plans, and sponsorship proposals.
- Prepare performance presentations for local and global leadership.
- Develop and execute branding, media, and integrated campaigns.
- Evaluate sponsorships and manage special projects, ensuring ROI.
- Deliver high-quality work at pace, under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in highly competitive digital industries (CPG, FMCG, betting, e-commerce, fintech, gaming).
- CRM and user journey experience.
- International or global company exposure.
- Passionate for Sports.
