Senior Cloud Engineer

We are partnering with a global leader in locomotive manufacturing and software development, operating in 50 countries with over 27,000 employees worldwide and software revenues exceeding $2 billion annually.

This exciting project involves supporting, maintaining, and deploying a robust cloud platform for IoT applications. You will be part of a dedicated team working on the 24/7 operation and support of more than 80 Kubernetes clusters and 700 nodes hosted in AWS. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will play a key role in managing the cloud infrastructure and collaborating with both local and global teams.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps, or in similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS
    (familiarity with multi-cloud architecture is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent IaC frameworks.
  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, EKS) and Docker.
  • Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell (scripting).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Cloud networking (VPC, routing, peering, VPNs, Direct Connect) and security (IAM, security groups, encryption, key management).
  • Strong monitoring & observability experience (CloudWatch, Prometheus or Grafana).
  • Advanced English.
