Manager – Strategy & Transformation
to join our team and lead high-impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Client Impact

  • Lead client engagements across industries, developing strategies and transformation programs that unlock value.
  • Build strong relationships with mid-level and senior stakeholders, assessing culture, agenda, and readiness for change.
  • Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Team Collaboration & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and inspire consulting teams to deliver impactful results.
  • Create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Business Development) to design solutions and strengthen the firm's knowledge base.
  • Mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product/line management.
  • Strong experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with structured, logical thinking.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.

Preferred

  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • MBA or Master's degree (not required).
  • Track record of generating new knowledge or innovative solutions.
