Manager – Strategy & Transformation
to join our team and lead high-impact client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Client Impact
- Lead client engagements across industries, developing strategies and transformation programs that unlock value.
- Build strong relationships with mid-level and senior stakeholders, assessing culture, agenda, and readiness for change.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Team Collaboration & Culture
- Lead, coach, and inspire consulting teams to deliver impactful results.
- Create an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Business Development) to design solutions and strengthen the firm's knowledge base.
- Mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product/line management.
- Strong experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with structured, logical thinking.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
Preferred
- Experience in Financial Services.
- MBA or Master's degree (not required).
- Track record of generating new knowledge or innovative solutions.
