O que você irá fazer?

  • Desenvolver estruturas de URA no sistema Genesys Cloud integrada com microserviços na linguagem java, Go, Payton
  • Realizar o desenvolvimento e a criação de novos microserviços seguindo a arquitetura hexagonal prezando pela performance e qualidade do código
  • Analisar e propor melhorias nos fluxos IVRs das URAs existem focando na melhor construção e performance.

O que buscamos?
