If you're passionate about international business and enjoy connecting opportunities between companies and the global market - especially in China - this position is for you

You'll have the opportunity to identify and develop suppliers, negotiate commercial conditions, and follow projects from start to finish, ensuring perfect alignment between clients and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, map, and prospect international suppliers, with a strong focus on the Chinese market;
  • Support product technical development in collaboration with the Afianci China team;
  • Negotiate commercial terms, deadlines, and development schedules;
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle — from supplier scouting to final client presentation;
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and supplier production capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced English (you will participate in meetings and frequent international interactions);
  • Previous experience in supplier development, international purchasing, or global sourcing is a plus;
  • Knowledge of import processes.

Work Model

  • On-site in Caxias do Sul - RS (Brazil)
  • Work hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1.5-hour break), and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1.5-hour break).
