Job Title: Business Operations Specialist Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial applications are compliant with our IT Policy.Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating SOC reports to identify vendor and application compliance risks, and developing strategies to enforce compliance with IT policy and standard user management processes.You will work closely with third-party vendors to implement SaaS solutions and have in-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and project management methodologies.A strong understanding of key accounting, financial management, and analysis processes is essential, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces.You will also be responsible for designing and developing applications using JD Edwards, and working with large enterprises with domestic and international locations.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with off-shore or remote development/support teams and develop advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, and relevant experience with technology project support.Experience with one or more of the following applications: JD Edwards, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, and Varicent is highly desirable.If you have intermediate SQL query skills and an understanding of Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions, we encourage you to apply.
