Operations Coordinator Job DescriptionAs an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to various departments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating cross-functional projects.Key Responsibilities:Support Team Operations: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales records.CRM & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurate.Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.Audit & Compliance: Perform regular audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Reporting & KPIs: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.Presentation & Proposal Support: Help create sales materials for client meetings.Requirements:Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.Attention to Detail: Accurate record-keeping, reporting, and documentation are essential.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is crucial.Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Experience in Sales Administration or Operations Support (preferred).Ideal if you have experience with Notion, Hubspot, Zapier or similar tools.Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.Problem-Solving Mindset: Passion for continuous improvement.What We Offer:As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and growth.You will have opportunities to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and contribute to the success of our organization.
