As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a
Senior Consultant – Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets & Treasury
to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, who feel comfortable navigating between business and technology in complex financial environments.

What You'll Do

  • Act on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.
  • Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view.
  • Interact with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech).
  • Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to help implement complex financial products.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Mandatory consulting background:
    prior experience working at a consulting firm (management/technology/financial services consulting) in client-facing projects.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in banking/financial services and/or financial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance).
  • Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science.

Nice to Have

  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
  • Experience in financial risk (market, counterparty, ALM).
  • Knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Agile project experience (Jira, Confluence, squads).
  • Experience with digitalization or automation of financial processes.

Additional Education & Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • Postgraduate/MBA in Finance, Risk Management, Banking Systems, or Data & Analytics.
  • Relevant certifications: CPA-20 or CEA (Anbima); PSPO/CSPO; PMI-ACP/PMP; Scrum Master.
