When you join us, you will:
Be responsible for dealing with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party vendors. Manage product roadmaps, prioritize development efforts, and ensure smooth execution across cross-functional teams. Ensure the solutions are fully compliant, secure, and trusted by users and partners.

What we'd like to see in a candidate:
Proven experience working with the crypto market in the U.S., with knowledge about cryptocurrency regulations. Experience with traditional payment methods and infrastructure, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, etc. Understanding about fiat rails (ACH, Wire, etc.). Experience with agile product development methodologies, managing product roadmaps, user story creation, and cross-functional team coordination. Experience with user research and customer feedback analysis, conducting market research, user interviews, usability testing, and translating insights into product requirements. Experience with stakeholder management across compliance, engineering, design, and business teams. Experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills. English proficiency is required (C1/C2).
