Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Manager, located in Porto Alegre, RS with the flexibility of occasional work from home (hybrid role). The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include evaluating market trends, performing competitor analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and conduct competitor analysis
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in the food industry, specifically chocolate and cocoa products, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
