Machine Learning
Engineer (Inglês avançado)

Estamos buscando um(a) Machine
Learning Engineer para atuar em projetos de alta complexidade envolvendo
modelagem avançada, LLMs e grandes volumes de dados. É uma excelente
oportunidade para quem quer trabalhar com problemas reais de negócio, impacto
estratégico e tecnologias modernas de IA.

Desenvolver e evoluir modelos
de Machine Learning e Deep Learning para casos como risco, churn, fraude e
recomendação.

Atuar com LLMs e GenAI (RAG,
sumarização, análise de documentos, classificação de textos).

Estruturar pipelines de
dados, treinar, avaliar e colocar modelos em produção.

Monitorar performance,
detectar drift, realizar re-treinos e garantir qualidade dos modelos.

Colaborar com times de dados,
engenharia e produto na definição de hipóteses e soluções.



Requisitos:

Experiência sólida com Python e
bibliotecas de ML/Deep Learning.

Vivência com modelagem estatística, ML
supervisionado/não supervisionado e DL.

Conhecimento de SQL e manipulação de
grandes volumes de dados.

Noções de LLMs/GenAI (APIs, embeddings,
fine-tuning, RAG).

Familiaridade com ambientes cloud (AWS,
GCP ou Azure).

Local: 100% remoto
