The Business Analyst – Product Designer is a key member of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. While the primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, this role also provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications. The BA transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and works closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
On a typical day you will:
Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.
Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
