Em seu dia a dia você irá:

  • Conduzir reuniões comerciais consultivas, com área de Rh e diretores e executivos.
  • Atuar no desenvolvimento de novos negócios e expansão de carteira já existente.
  • Realizar prospecção ativa (outbound) para gerar novas oportunidades.
  • Mapear mercado, identificar potenciais clientes e construir relacionamentos estratégicos.
  • Manter a rotina de Business Development, organizando processos, ferramentas e práticas comerciais.
  • Elaborar propostas, apresentar soluções customizadas e conduzir follow-ups.
  • Gerenciar o pipeline, acompanhar o funil de vendas e reportar status de forma estruturada.
  • Utilizar o LinkedIn de forma ativa: prospecção, interações, engajamento e networking.
  • Desenvolver relacionamento com clientes (hunter + farmer), sustentando a expansão de contas.

Atuação Hibrida: Presencial 3x por semana – Av. Paulista

  • Experiência em negociação e vendas de serviços;
  • Habilidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
  • Experiência com LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Pacote Office intermediário;
  • Inglês Avançado para comunicação internacional
