We're hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM - Mid Level)

At Excent Capital Ltd., we're building a high-performance, globally minded team.

We are a multi-regulated investment broker with international presence and offices in London, Seychelles, St. Vincent, Brazil, and our LATAM headquarters in Mexico City. The role is focused on business expansion, managing higher-impact opportunities, and driving results through strategic relationships and advanced execution.

The Role

  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of our commercial engine, working closely with our business partners and executing commercial strategies across LATAM, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • If you have experience in sales, account management, or business development, and the ability to manage strategic relationships, close higher-value opportunities, and actively contribute to business expansion, this role is designed for you.

You will:

  • Prospect and generate leads across multiple regions and markets.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business partners.
  • Execute multichannel outbound outreach and conduct discovery calls.
  • Activate and onboard business partners.
  • Manage and update CRM information with discipline and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to drive business development.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a commercial role, including prospecting, B2B sales, and client relationship management (full-time).
  • Graduates in business, finance, marketing, engineering, economics, or related fields.
  • Conversational english (Will be evaluated).
  • Experience in sales and business development.
  • Ambition, high energy, discipline, and a strong willingness to learn.
