Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Liderar técnica e estrategicamente a frente de Governança de Dados;
  • Definir, estruturar e implementar políticas e processos de governança de dados para garantir qualidade, segurança e conformidade (LGPD);
  • Desenvolver o framework de governança;
  • Definir e operacionalizar processos de catalogação, classificação, linhagem e qualidade dos dados, utilizando ferramentas como AWS Glue Data Catalog e AWS DataZone;
  • Criar e manter o glossário de negócios e o catálogo de dados;
  • Liderar a definição de papéis e responsabilidades junto às áreas de negócio;
  • Garantir conformidade regulatória (LGPD e demais normas), incluindo controles de acesso, privacidade e proteção dos dados;
  • Conduzir workshops e treinamentos para disseminar a cultura data-driven e boas práticas de governança;
  • Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas técnicas e de negócio, promovendo o alinhamento estratégico e a maturidade em dados.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência sólida em Governança de Dados e Gestão de Qualidade de Dados;
  • Conhecimento em AWS Glue, AWS Lake Formation e AWS SageMaker;
  • Domínio de SQL e modelagem de dados (conceitual, lógica e física);
  • Vivência com LGPD e políticas de segurança e compliance de dados;
  • Habilidade para conduzir interações com stakeholders (Data Owners, Stewards e líderes de negócio);
  • Perfil estratégico, com capacidade de disseminar cultura e boas práticas em governança de dados.
