We are seeking a Senior Payroll & Tax Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalability across TRM's payroll and tax infrastructure. As a fully remote, global company operating across multiple U.S. states and international jurisdictions, TRM faces complex payroll tax requirements that demand specialized expertise. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a meticulous eye for detail, and is energized by building efficient, compliant processes that reduce risk and improve employee experience.The Payroll & Tax Operations Specialist will join a high-performing Finance team that leads with ownership, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal to deliver timely and accurate payroll, resolve tax issues, and implement process improvements that scale with TRM's growth.
