Project Manager

Requisitos Obrigatórios

  • Formação Superior Completa em Engenharia (Elétrica, Computação ou áreas correlatas);
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de Software Embarcado e/ou Hardware microprocessado ou microcontrolado e/ou Integração e Testes de Verificação Sistêmica;
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente (irá atuar com times multinacionais com interações diárias);
  • Residir em Campinas ou região, disponibilidade de atuação híbrida.

Conhecimentos Desejáveis

  • Experiência na área de Engenharia de Sistemas;
  • Conhecimento em linguagens de programação: C, C++, Python, Matlab;
  • Conhecimento em modelo em V/ ASPICE;
  • Conhecimentos com a metodologia DFMEA e metodologias ágeis (SCRUM ou Auto SCRUM).

Atribuições Do Cargo

  • Suportar a área de EPM (Engineering Project Management) nas iniciativas de novos projetos, conversas iniciais com os clientes, levantamento de requisitos, participar do dimensionamento do projeto, escolha das tecnologias e arquitetura sistêmica, levando em consideração a interação e integração entre suas partes e módulos;
  • Atuar durante a fase de desenvolvimento do projeto com integração entre partes;
  • Elaborar o plano de testes de verificação sistêmica, bem como levantamento dos testes para verificação do cumprimento de normas e legislação;
  • Realizar a integração e testes sistêmicos, bem como testes de certificação;
  • Atuar na definição dos processos da área, participando ativamente das discussões sobre métodos, ferramentas, realizando análise crítica de projetos encerrados.
