Estamos em busca de um(a) Executivo(a) de Brand Experience com visão estratégica e excelente relacionamento interpessoal para gerenciar e executar projetos de marcas memoráveis. Se você tem paixão por experiências impactantes, entende o valor de um bom atendimento ao cliente e quer fazer parte da entrega de eventos icônicos, essa oportunidade é para você Responsabilidades: - Gerenciamento de Contas: Ser o ponto focal e garantir a excelência no relacionamento e atendimento das marcas clientes (patrocinadores e parceiros); - Proposta de Valor: Entender profundamente os objetivos de marketing da marca e traduzi-los em propostas de experiência coesas e viáveis dentro da estrutura do evento; - Execução e Implantação: Acompanhar de perto a implantação de todos os ativos, ativações e contrapartidas negociadas, garantindo que o briefing da marca seja entregue com excelência e dentro do prazo/orçamento; - Coordenação Multifuncional: Coordenar e alinhar as equipes internas (produção, comercial, comunicação, financeiro) e externas (agências, fornecedores) envolvidas no projeto da marca; - Relatórios e Análise: Elaborar relatórios pós-evento com avaliação das entregas, resultados e aprendizados para futuras oportunidades; - Prospecção e Up-sell: identificar oportunidades de expansão de projetos com clientes existentes e apoiar na prospecção de novas marcas com potencial de patrocínio.
Requisitos Formação em Marketing, Comunicação Social, Publicidade, Administração ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prévia com atendimento de marcas/clientes em agências de publicidade, live marketing ou produtoras de eventos de grande porte; Conhecimento e vivência comprovada na criação e implantação de projetos de Brand Experience e ativações de patrocínio; Habilidade para lidar com pressão e prazos curtos, mantendo a organização e a qualidade; Fluência intermediária/avançada em Inglês é um diferencial (pela natureza global de algumas marcas e parceiros).
Desejável Portfólio com cases de sucesso em eventos de grande público, festivais ou carnaval; Conhecimento das rotinas e dinâmicas do mercado de patrocínio e branded content; Rede de contatos consolidada com agências de publicidade, live marketing ou departamentos de marketing de grandes empresas.
