Como Site Manager você terá como principais responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a equipe de campo e atuar ativamente na resolução dos conflitos para obter a condição mais produtiva de trabalho possível;
  • Manter a comunicação diária com a Gerência do Contrato e a Coordenação de Instalação;
  • Preparação e revisão dos relatórios de obra;
  • Gerenciar o caixa-obra e compras feitas no site, dentro das regras pré-estabelecidas e do orçamento do projeto;
  • Controlar as atividades de instalação e comissionamento (desempenho, qualidade, HSE, custos, prazos) e aplicar ações corretivas em casos de desvios, preparando e executando o planejamento da obra.

Esperamos que você tenha a seguinte formação:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia Elétrica;
  • MBA em Gestão de Projetos e Liderança - desejável.

Procuramos candidatos com as seguintes habilidades técnicas:

  • Pacote Office e MS Project - avançado;
  • Experiência em gestão de obras; conhecimento em conceitos de planejamento (histograma, curva S, KPI);
  • Inglês avançado – desejável;
  • Espanhol – intermediário.
