O foco é na gestão de fundo imobiliário de tijolo, ativos estressados e crédito, com alguma experiência em fundos de investimento ou no mercado financeiro e inglês fluente. Escopo do trabalho:
- Diligência de
prestadores de servicos;
distribuidores, administradores, escritórios de advocacia, consultores, contrapartes e fornecedores em geral; - Gestão de contratos e interação com administrador fiduciário;
- Implementação dos controles de cumprimento dos manuais e políticas de Compliance da gestora;
- Elaboração de apresentações das reuniões do Comitê de Compliance;
- Revisão de apresentações institucionais e de produtos sob a ótica de Compliance;
- Atualização de políticas de Compliance com base nas mudanças regulatórias aplicáveis;
- Acompanhamento das publicações nos sites da CVM e Anbima sobre processos administrativos sancionadores em matérias relacionadas a gestores de recursos de terceiros e fundos de investimento.
