Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company? Come make history in Amazon's Brazil team We are looking for business savvy Sr. Program Manager to drive our payments initiatives in Brazil and help creating a holistic payment environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong program management background and good understanding of the payment landscape. You should combine strategic thinking with practical execution, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex topics and solve problems efficiently with resilience.
Your excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, combined with strong program management skills, will be essential for success in this role. Most importantly, you should have the ability to develop and implement effective solutions for complex payment challenges, ensuring efficiency, profitability and compliance.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop implementation guidelines and reporting framework
- Orchestrate cross-functional implementation programs
- Manage dependencies and timelines across multiple workstream
- Build business cases and defend prioritization of payments initiatives
- Ensure consistent delivery approach across various initiatives
- Provide clear visibility to stakeholders on multiple payments initiatives

A day in the life
You'll be the key orchestrator between business requirements and technical implementation. You'll collaborate with product analysts, managers, and engineers to design innovative solutions and mainly implement project frameworks. Your day involves building relationships across teams, managing multiple workstream, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

About the team
Brazil Payments is part of the International Emerging Stores Payments team and focuses on supporting the launch of new payment and financial products to our customers in Brazil.

- Solid Program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Driving process improvements experience
