About the position

For this role, we are looking for a
Merchant Material Supply Specialist.
You will be part of a team that plays an essential role in building Keeta in the country, at a time when speed is necessary as our goal is to scale the team with quality to support the growth of our operations in Brazil.

Responsibilities and Duties

For this position, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responsible for collecting information, tracking the process, and final delivery of all merchant material procurement in Brazil. Ensure all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely.
  • Timely identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly.
  • Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants, and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Familiar with the material procurement process and the collaborative relationships with relevant departments including the procurement team.
  • Focus on details, be responsible, identify and resolve issues in the process in a timely manner, and ensure the final delivery of materials.
  • Candidates with sales support experience will be a plus;
  • Candidates with international trade experience will be a plus.
  • Complete Bachelor's Degree is
