Buscamos um
Customer Service Partner
para atuar como ponto central entre clientes, vendas, supply chain, planejamento e demais áreas internas, garantindo uma comunicação ágil, precisa e orientada à solução.

Esta pessoa será responsável por gerir uma carteira de clientes na América do Sul, assegurando excelência no atendimento, acompanhamento de pedidos e resolução rápida de problemas em um ambiente dinâmico e de múltiplas prioridades.

O modelo de trabalho é

. Preferência por candidatos residentes em
Jaguaríuna, Pedreira ou região próxima (até Campinas ou cidades do entorno sem pedágio).
Responsabilidades

• Realizar o recebimento, conferência e entrada de pedidos no sistema até a entrega ao cliente.
• Realizar follow-up ativo com clientes internos e externos.
• Atender ligações e solicitações com agilidade, clareza e excelência.
• Solucionar problemas diários, priorizando atividades de acordo com urgências do negócio.
• Documentar pedidos, adendos, devoluções, notas de crédito/débito e demais requisições em sistema e planilhas.
• Executar processos do departamento: Welcome Call, auditoria de pedidos, VAA, cotações e controles administrativos.
• Manter cadastro de clientes e materiais atualizado.

Qualifications
Idiomas

• Espanhol: Avançado ou excelente comunicação verbal (obrigatório – interação constante com clientes hispânicos).

Conhecimentos e habilidades

• Alta capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Organização, senso de urgência e habilidade de priorizar tarefas.
• Aprendizagem rápida, facilidade com sistemas e Pacote Office.
• Perfil analítico, disciplinado e confortável com rotinas.
• Proatividade.
• Capacidade de resolver problemas em um ambiente acelerado e com múltiplas solicitações simultâneas.

Experiência

• Até 1–2 anos de experiência profissional (não necessariamente em Customer Service).
