A equipe se dedica a avaliar detalhadamente as demandas e necessidades individuais de cada cliente, criando soluções financeiras personalizadas e sempre alinhadas com as regulamentações de cada país.

Como
Private Banker
, sua principal responsabilidade será originar e administrar o relacionamento com clientes de alto patrimônio (UHNW), oferecendo conhecimento estratégico na alocação de recursos e na proteção do capital. Você trabalhará constantemente para desenvolver e manter relações de longo prazo, fornecendo o melhor aconselhamento em cada etapa da vida financeira dos clientes.

No seu dia a dia, você será responsável por:

  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos com clientes, buscando as melhores soluções financeiras para cada um;
  • Oferecer um serviço de alta qualidade de forma personalizada;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas regulatórias e de Compliance em todas as atividades;
  • Estar constantemente atualizado sobre o cenário macroeconômico global e as oportunidades de mercado e produto;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com outras áreas do banco para identificar as melhores soluções para os clientes.

Esperamos De Você

  • Formação completa, preferencialmente em Administração, Engenharia ou Economia;
  • Sólida experiência em áreas de Wealth Management, Private Banking (UHNW) e/ou Family Offices;
  • Desejável conhecimento em Investment Banking e Corporate;
  • Domínio do mercado local e internacional, especialmente conhecimento do mercado do Centro-Oeste;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, além de habilidades em trabalho em equipe, com alta capacidade de influência e construção de relacionamentos;
  • Certificação CFP (desejável);
  • Inglês avançado, com capacidade de comunicação eficaz em um ambiente internacional;
  • Disponibilidade para residir em Brasília e para viajar conforme necessário.
