Estamos em busca de uma(um)
AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer
para atuar no design, desenvolvimento e operação de sistemas de Inteligência Artificial de ponta.

O profissional será responsável por criar soluções robustas e escaláveis baseadas em
LLMs, arquiteturas agentic, RAG avançado
e práticas modernas de engenharia de software.

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar e implementar sistemas de IA utilizando arquiteturas modernas (LLMs, agentes autônomos, RAG, etc.).
  • Desenvolver pipelines de dados estruturados e não estruturados, otimizando o contexto e o desempenho dos modelos.
  • Garantir qualidade, segurança e observabilidade em sistemas de produção.
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com times de produto, dados e engenharia para levar soluções de IA ao ambiente produtivo.
  • Contribuir para a evolução técnica e estratégica das práticas de IA da empresa.

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Context Engineering (principal skill)

  • Grounding avançado, estruturas multimodais e context windows complexos.
  • Prompt engineering robusto (roles, constraints, patterns).
  • Extração e priorização semântica de contexto.
  • Estratégias de contenção de hallucinations e quality loops (self-verification/refinement).
  • Memory design (episodic, semantic, hybrid) e context compression.

Engenharia de Software

  • Python 3.11+, arquitetura limpa, SOLID, testes e boas práticas.
  • REST, WebSockets, FastAPI (avançado).
  • Git, PR reviews, trunk-based development.
  • Observabilidade (logs estruturados, tracing, métricas).

LLMs

  • Orquestração de modelos em produção.
  • Alignment techniques (ToT, CoT, Constitutional AI, Safety Layers).
  • Model routing e avaliação de desempenho/custo/latência.

Agentic Systems

  • Construção de agentes autônomos e multiagentes (LangGraph, Autogen, CrewAI).
  • Planejamento hierárquico, self-correction e execução segura de ferramentas.

Retrieval & RAG

  • LlamaIndex, LangChain ou equivalentes.
  • Estratégias híbridas (vector + graph + keyword).
  • Grounding contextual dinâmico e mitigação de hallucinations.

Bases Vetoriais & Grafos

  • Weaviate, Pinecone, LanceDB, MongoDB Vector Search, Neo4j.
  • Schema design semântico e ingestão paralela.

Cloud & Infra

  • GCP (preferencial), ou AWS/Azure.
  • Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub.
  • Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
  • FinOps orientado a LLMs.

Data Engineering & Pipelines

  • ETL/ELT em Python (async/batch).
  • Processamento de PDFs, HTML e documentos multimodais.
  • Controle de fluxo, idempotência, backpressure.

Diferenciais (Nice to Have)

  • Experiência com MCP (Model Context Protocol).
  • Experiência com agentes financeiros / fintech.
  • Modelos multimodais ou de áudio.
  • Contribuições open-source em IA.
  • Conhecimento de mercado financeiro.

Soft Skills

  • Pensamento sistêmico e orientação a produto.
  • Clareza de comunicação e autonomia.
  • Capacidade de abstração e tomada de decisão técnica.
  • Resiliência em ambientes de alta ambiguidade.

Informações Contratuais:

Modalidade de Contratação: PJ (Valor/Hora).

Carga horária: 8h diárias (média de 168h/mês).

Equipamento: Fornecido pela Sciensa conforme necessidade da área/projeto.

Abono remunerado: 15 dias após 12 meses de contrato (para você recarregar as energias).
