What does the job entail?

The product manager is the ultimate "owner" of the product, using their understanding of customer, market and company strategy and goals to ensure its success. Some of the key activities are as follows:

  • Understand our customers' TPCRM processes, tooling and needs deeply by interacting with them directly and indirectly through our support and customer success teams;
  • Study the competitive landscape and trends in the TPCRM and related markets, including differentiators, pricing models and positioning;
  • Develop and maintain the Product Roadmap and Product Requirements Documents to ensure our strategic goals are properly supported by a mature product;
  • Liaise with our UX team to ensure the usability of features matches the expectations of our customers;
  • Liaise with our Engineering team to ensure they understand and validate that they are implementing the roadmap items to specifications and in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with our Marketing team to ensure we have proper Product Marketing initiatives and collateral;
  • Liaise with our Sales team to ensure the go to market strategy and sales pitches are in line with the product vision and capabilities.

Requirements

What are the requirements for the position?

  • A strong knowledge of and background in the information security market, either on TPCRM or in related fields like risk management, vulnerability management or cloud security.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, to support the interactions with internal and external stakeholders and the development of written materials. English required.
  • Expertise in financial services, healthcare security and privacy legislation and standards is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in organizing complex requirements or tasks, which can be demonstrated not only by previous Product Management experience, but also by showing a previous background in project management or agile methodology management.
  • A university degree of equivalent, preferably in business or technology.
  • A fondness for solving complex problems, and working hard.
  • Proven experience in complex B2B enterprise software.
