Job Responsibilities

  1. Interpretation work:

-Assist in cross-cultural communication to ensure clear and error free information transmission between both parties;

-Provide Chinese Portuguese/Portuguese Chinese consecutive interpretation or simultaneous interpretation services for meetings, business negotiations, training, customer visits, etc.

  1. Translation work:

-Responsible for translating company documents, contracts, reports, emails, product descriptions, and other materials between Portuguese and Portuguese to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to language conventions;

-Translate marketing materials (such as brochures, website content, social media copy, etc.) to adapt to cultural differences in the Brazilian market.

-Proofread and polish existing translated documents to ensure consistency in terminology and text quality.

  1. Localization support:

-Participate in localization projects for products or services, adjust content to adapt to Brazilian culture, laws, and user habits, and avoid culturally sensitive or ambiguous expressions.

-Assist in handling foreign-related affairs, such as customer inquiries, email replies, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Chinese, translation, or related fields.

  2. Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and Portuguese, familiar with Chinese expression habits, and able to use English as a working language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$8, R$10,000.00 per month
