Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop high-performance web and mobile applications with a strong emphasis on AI tool integration and infrastructure management using React and In this role, you will work on complex technical challenges, contributing to the architectural evolution of our platform, and ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions across the entertainment, finance, and logistics sectors. This position allows flexibility to work from Medellín or remotely across Latin America and the USA, fostering an inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications using React, ensuring robust frontend architecture.
• Architect, build, and enhance backend microservices using , focusing on performance optimization and scalability.
• Implement best practices in API design and development, prioritizing robustness and efficiency.
• Integrate AI tools like OpenAI to enhance application functionality and efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker for containerization, ensuring smooth deployment and orchestration of services.
• Utilize AWS for cloud solutions and implement/refine CI/CD pipelines to streamline workflow and delivery.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold high code quality and adhere to industry standards.
• Solve complex architectural problems with creative solutions in a microservices environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and support project success.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development with React, , and TypeScript.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, Snowflake, and Redis.
• Expertise in API design and development, including RESTful APIs and familiarity with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Experience with state management solutions such as MobX or Redux.
• Proficient in implementing and maintaining microservices architecture in production environments, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating AI tools like OpenAI and familiarity with Amazon Bedrock.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, including competent use of CI/CD practices.
• Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
• Intermediate understanding of Agile methodologies to manage project workflows effectively.

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of GraphQL for enhancing API development capabilities.
• Certification in AWS or other recognized cloud platforms.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
• Understanding of DevOps practices to streamline operations.
• Familiarity with software security best practices.
• Experience integrating containerization technologies such as Docker.
