Descrição da posição:
Responsável por realizar demonstrações do SaaS por meio de videochamadas, acompanhar e fechar vendas (diferentes planos), além de gerenciar a renovação das assinaturas da sua carteira de clientes.
Funções essenciais:
- Acompanhar e atualizar o pipeline conforme o avanço do cliente
- Marcar e realizar demonstrações do SaaS, proporcionando a melhor experiência para o cliente, tirando dúvidas e respondendo objeções (normalmente online e ocasionalmente presencial)
- Concretizar fechamentos dos diferentes planos de assinatura, destacando nosso valor agregado, como a implementação de IA em oficinas mecânicas
- Participar de reuniões frequentes com o Commercial Head para apresentação de resultados
Competências corporativas:
Autonomia e proatividade, empatia, comunicação verbal, escuta ativa, orientação a resultados, colaboração, tolerância à frustração, organização e gestão do tempo
Competências técnicas:
- Capacidade de negociação e vendas (indispensável)
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente e agendamento de reuniões via videochamada (indispensável)
- Experiência em vendas de SaaS ou tecnologia (preferencial)
Observações adicionais a considerar:
Profissionais jovens geralmente apresentam maior adaptabilidade para este papel devido ao conhecimento no uso de ferramentas tecnológicas.
