We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the adaptation and continuous improvement of our technology bootcamps and postgraduate programs in Brazil. This role will focus on localizing curricula from our international markets to fit the Brazilian reality, ensuring alignment with industry demands and learner needs. You will own the process end-to-end, from curriculum design to execution, working closely with content creators, instructors, and market experts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Proven track record of managing educational products from conception to launch.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with curriculum designers, educators, and content creators.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Passion for education and strong awareness of EdTech trends and the technology job market.

What you will do:

  • Curriculum Adaptation & Localization: Adapt and refine existing curricula to the Brazilian context, ensuring content relevance, appropriate duration, and alignment with local market trends.
  • Content Development Leadership: Coordinate video lesson creators, develop scripts, and oversee the production and quality of educational content.
  • Translation & Quality Assurance: Review translations, adjust course structures, and ensure high-quality educational delivery tailored to Brazilian learners.
  • Postgraduate Program Coordination: Lead the design, structure, and continuous improvement of postgraduate program formats and content.
  • Market Alignment: Stay up to date with evolving industry trends and ensure that all courses reflect the most in-demand skills and tools in the Brazilian technology job market.
  • Project Management: Manage education projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality program launches.
  • Data & Feedback-Driven Iteration: Collect learner and market feedback, analyze performance data, and use insights to enhance learning outcomes and program competitiveness.
