Com quem você vai trabalhar?

A equipe de Helpdesk faz parte do time de Digital Intelligence, composto por analistas especializados em suporte remoto e presencial, atendendo às demandas de projetos e do Centro de Controle Operacional no site dos clientes.

Como você fará a diferença?

Como membro da equipe de Helpdesk, você será responsável por garantir a disponibilidade dos sistemas e produtos implementados no projeto, oferecendo suporte ao cliente. Terá interface com todos os segmentos do projeto, assegurando a execução de testes, suporte e análises, trazendo excelentes resultados nas entregas.

O que queremos saber sobre você?

  • Graduação completa ou em andamento em Tecnologia da Informação ou afins;

  • Capacidade analítica desenvolvida;

  • Conhecimento em automação de sistemas (desejável);

  • Conhecimento em operações ferroviárias (desejável);

  • Experiência anterior em suporte ao cliente;

  • Capacidade de analisar algoritmos;

  • Comunicação oral e escrita eficaz; habilidade para articular de forma clara e concisa;

  • Inglês intermediário;

  • Experiência avançada no pacote Office (Word, Excel, Project...);

  • Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

  • Trabalhar em regime de escala no site do cliente;

  • Auxiliar na confiabilidade do sistema de controle ferroviário;

  • Analisar incidentes abertos por falhas reportadas pelo cliente;

  • Coletar logs para análise;

  • Coletar informações de confiabilidade para priorizar correção de falhas;

  • Preparar relatórios de monitoramento da confiabilidade do sistema;

  • Configurar cópias de logs de servidores/painéis em produção;

  • Analisar alarmes da ferramenta de monitoramento de TI;

  • Treinar e repassar conhecimento sobre a infraestrutura implementada ao cliente;

  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com segmentos internos e clientes para identificar e resolver problemas;

  • Participar e liderar reuniões de discussão de análise de falhas junto ao cliente.
